Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only Art Deco styled but also offered an incredible view of the bridges over the Chicago River and the downtown skyscrapers. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However, I was expecting a bit more 'wow' factor considering the hotel's name. The rooms were spacious and easily accommodated two adults and one child.
My stay at this hotel was seriously amazing! The rooms, despite the fact that the room was fully paid, were clean and beautiful, quite spacious, and well-appointed. The service by all the friendly staff was very helpful and professional. The location was THE BEST we could have dreamed of, central to all downtown has to offer. The dining experience was as pretty as it was tasty, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with amazing views and luxury touches like a Nespresso machine, a heavenly king-sized bed, and a stunning marble bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and rain shower head. The art deco style in the historic Chicago building gives a fun vibe to the stay, complemented by upscale amenities. The soundproof rooms ensure a great overall experience.
The hotel offers lovely rooms, though sparsely furnished, and is conveniently located within walking distance of major landmarks and eateries. The service is extremely accommodating and friendly. The dining experience may have some limitations in timing and pricing. Overall, a superb location with comfortable rooms and excellent service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered an extremely comfortable bed with plenty of space, but the lack of a mini-bar and slightly high prices made me feel I didn't get the best value. The staff was friendly and welcoming but the lounge chair in the room was more for show than comfort.
The hotel is absolutely amazing, offering luxurious rooms with fantastic views and top-notch amenities. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions. The dining experience was delightful, although slightly lacking in vegetarian options.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spotless clean, extremely comfortable bed, and plenty of space in the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was terrific, allowing us to walk to most places. The dining experience was delightful. Overall, a great value for money!
The hotel had a wonderful location close to downtown Chicago attractions but noise from a late-night event was disruptive. The rooms were spacious and spotless, offering great views, but the waiting time at check-in was a downside. The service was exemplary, with friendly and helpful staff. Dining options were pricier but worth trying, attached to the hotel.
The hotel was a gem with its recent refurbishment ensuring neat, clean, and spacious rooms, although the soft mattress was not to our liking. The quiet and comfortable ambiance made our stay relaxing, but dining options were a bit pricey and limited. The staff's friendly and helpful service truly stood out as they went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations and directions.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and quaint, extremely comfortable, and super clean, making for a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the city easily on foot. However, the noise from the improperly closing window was a bit bothersome at times.
The hotel is ideally located in the prime Chicago Loop area, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were nice and clean, but lacked a microwave. The service was excellent with very friendly and professional staff. The dining experience was unsatisfactory and overpriced. The location is amazing, allowing for easy access to top Chicago attractions. Overall, a good option with a few drawbacks.
The hotel offers new and modern rooms featuring power blinds and shades that block out all light with ease, though they are slightly smaller than what we're accustomed to. The rooms are newly renovated, maintaining an art deco theme and were exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean. However, service could have been more proactive in providing local insights and considering guests' travel conditions. The location is superb, close to various restaurants, waterways, and tourist attractions, making it easily accessible from the airport. The dining options were somewhat limited but satisfactory, provided at a reasonable price for a hotel of this caliber.
